Various fixes #39

I've found that there were several columns duplicated in Misc section, so I removed them

Please consider that this is one my first step in modding, so review accurately.

Thank you kindly, and my apologies that this PR slipped under the radar.

For 1.4, Ludeon has done a decent job of creating tame/hunt columns so I'll use those.

I've incorporated the other bugfixes in #48.
