SForce table query wizard error #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign into Excel connector for salesforce
2.Login and Error Pops up saying: Describebox_init: wild_error
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should take me to the query list screen instead pop up saying:Describebox_init: 
wild_error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With 
Standard Salesforce 12 on Windows 7
what Salesforce.com edition? Spring 12 standard edition

Please provide any additional information below.

I faced this question once.

Because my password exceed, I should change my password.

When I changed a new password, no error again.
