"Oops, Could not find an active worksheet" Error #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After logging in thru the connector add in, I receive this error when 
attempting to use any of the connector functions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Need to be able to run 
queries, insert and update data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition? Version 16.03 7/14/11. Using Windows 7.  UE 
Salesforce.com edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
I saw a similar issue logged and it appeared to be corrected by running a 
"repair" on MS Word, but I don't have a repair option.

Help!
