fix misalignment of the date of each timeline items the position of the date is shifts downward if the screen width is narrow.
replace 'contribution' with 'post' of the mouseover text of contributions graph (from 'n contributions on Aug 1, 2020' to 'n posts on Aug 1, 2020')
fix to consider plural nouns ('1 post', '2 posts', ...) e.g. 'Created n posts' on the timeline
