ADD SpawnGroupProvider & SpawnPointProvider

This is just the basic implementation for loading Groups & SpawnPoints. This might cause some performance issues at runtime (server running slow). This will be fixed in the future but will require some architectural changes.

In order for this to work correctly u have to have the following files (in your execution directory):

• data/group.txt
• data/group_group.txt
• maps/{map}/regen.txt
