兼容最新的gradle 3.6及以上版本 #394

gradle 3.6及以上版本默认启用R8.会将插入的ChangeQuickRedirect变量优化掉。需要在混淆文件中加入 -keepclassmembers class *{ public static com.meituan.robust.ChangeQuickRedirect ; } 以保证热修复功能生效。作者看到在wiki中加一下:grin:
