What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add PCB text
2.Create Trace Mask

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should see PCB text and traces for etching. Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.28.0 Windows 7

Same behavior under Kubuntu 14.04 32 bits - Java 1.7.0.75
