Extend the TCX schema to allow for different data fields #3

For example, stroke rate is typically reported for us in steps of 0.5, and we will probably have power readings from EmPower fairly soon. We will almost certainly need to look at how these are stored. Some of them can be stored using existing Activity Extensions:

But that doesn't cover the problem of fractional cadence.

So there's now lots of data available from the EmPower gate, that I imagine isn't covered by any standard extension of the TCX spec. Hence we may need to actually write our own schema to cover them.
