Admin notices manager is a WordPress plugin that allows you to better manage the admin notices in the WordPress dashboard so you read them at your own convenience and never miss an important message.
In the settings page we should add a setting that would allow the users to automatically hide / close / not show notices of a specific category.
The setting should include the list of all the different notices types (error, warning etc) and users can select / deselect which of them should the plugin show.
Maybe we should also be able to identify some basic notices and exclude them automatically, such as the WordPress default ones, for example "Plugin activated."
