When I have the settings for WP notices set to this

Should notices like this (just an example, im randomly changing settings/deleting posts etc) still appear like normal?

Otherwise its all looking good

No, they should not. This is probably because I am not applying the logic for system messages handling before the other ones. I will fix that in a minute. Good catch, pal!
