Admin notices manager is a WordPress plugin that allows you to better manage the admin notices in the WordPress dashboard so you read them at your own convenience and never miss an important message.
Fix for issue https://github.com/WPWhiteSecurity/admin-notices-manager/issues/21. Added the requested popup and also updated the plugin activation logic to store the ID of user who activated the plugin. The pointer pop-ups will be only displayed to this user (as requested).
