Admin notices manager is a WordPress plugin that allows you to better manage the admin notices in the WordPress dashboard so you read them at your own convenience and never miss an important message.
Currently, if there are no admin notices we show this: Admin notices 0 < zero is in orange
Instead, when there are no notices we should change the text to: No admin notices. We should also remove the zero in the orange circle, since it still raises some sort of "alarm".
