Interpret arguments to ev3sim and open accordingly.

Now we can open code files, bot files, sim files with ease, and EV3Sim interprets what the correct action to do is.

Also tested locally, also much cleaner than original, with more features. This by itself isn't super useful, but wait till we see it with VSCode integration! :D
