Texture animation errors with Nothirium and OptiFine #40

Describe the bug If you enable smart texture animation in OptiFine, then all textures will stop animating at all

Reproducibility

To Reproduce

  1. Go to game world
  2. Look on water or lava block
  3. Pause game and go to OptiFine settings
  4. Turn on Smart Animations
  5. Back to game
  6. Look on water or lava block

Versions Nothirium: 0.1.8 RenderLib: 1.1.4 Forge: 14.23.5.2860 Minecraft: 1.12.2 Other mods (necessary to reproduce the bug): OptiFine: G6 Pre1 Mixin Booter: 5.0

it seems like any mod that disables unseen textures causes this glitch
