Suggestion: Add track directory in `input/` #7

I would like to have a directory containing custom tracks. The directory would be something like this:

Pulsar/
├───input/
│   ├───150Experts/
│   ├───150FeaExperts/
│   ├───200Experts/
│   ├───200FeaExperts/
│   └───Tracks/
│       ├───track000.szs
│       └───...
└───Pulsar Pack Creator.exe
