Need timeout on loading of images in intkey #209

Need a timeout for if the image reading does not come back. E.g. the ALGKEY 
dataset has freezing on image reading sometimes.

Fix for issue 59 appears to have fixed the lock-up problem with the ALGKEY 
dataset, so don't need to worry about this anymore.
