Text from intkey OUTPUT directives appears in output file in incorrect order #216

1. Run Intkey
2. Select File -> File -> Input... and select the attached input file.

The desired output from the invocations of OUTPUT DESCRIBE should each appear 
after the corresponding invocation of OUTPUT COMMENT, however they both appear 
at the end of the file instead.
