Prefix name loses upon sriov-plugin container restart #5

The network is persistent upon container restart, however the prefix name loses. Here's my sample test:

platkaw@docker:~$ docker run -d --name sriov -v /run/docker/plugins:/run/docker/plugins -v /etc/docker:/etc/docker -v /var/run:/var/run --net=host --privileged rdma/sriov-plugin
