Description: when checking whether a device is in Zombiefihs mode, first check if its in LiveFish before attempting to read the first dword of the VSC recovery space.

Tested OS: linux Tested devices: Sunbird Tested flows: flint -d <> -ocr q and burn

Known gaps (with RM ticket): n/a
