Upstreaming with P2PDMA? #45

Linux 4.20/5.0 will likely to ship with P2PDMA. Will this driver be supported upstream?

Hi, sorry for the long delay. I believe P2PDMA is a nice step towards upstream support for PeerDirect, but I don't think it handles user-space access yet, which is needed for this use case.
