Initialization of the Data Pod #16

The intialization section of the Data Pod is quite unclear. At least we need to write in the spec what resources need to be available on the Data Pod in order to work.

We can figure out in future next milestones how this can be automated.

At least the Data Pod needs:

The maintainer needs to include in the WebID where the LDN inbox, event log is for project (maybe she has more projects with separate inboxes/event logs)?

The maintainer can also store Policy rules on her pod (no need to put that in a orchestrator)

The maintainer can also make an LDP collection/resource readable for the Orchestrator.

Well that plus what needs to be done in the Pod to set it all up with the right inboxes, event logs plus all ACL-s plus what needs to be added to the profile of the actors.

It seems now that the Orchestrator MUST do all these setup things..but it is more important first to specify what the orchestrator expects to see on the pod.
