Adding notify scenario 1 #4

@mielvds Is this the way to add some scenarios. How will the .bs files be processed so that Herbert can see the rendered versions?

I was going to respond that I'd have to check it out, but you found some other solution?

@mielvds no prob, I found a solution. Let's keep the focus here on the things we really decide for the orchestrator and keep use-case repositories as inspiration.
