FTP not working #9

I cannot manage to let the FTP working on a mellow FLY-CDY v3. No problem with the HTTP the DWC is working fine... I enabled the FTP in the config.g, i tried setting up a password and a machine name.... using filezilla, 1 connection, port 21 passive... No problem with an original Duet board, FTP is working. I tried to contact the seller, but he told me that the FTP protocol is not supported in the FLY-CDY v3, to me doesn't make sense... any known isse?
