P4G PC's .SPR aren't opening in PersonaEditor #21

Unlike their vita counterparts, PersonaEditor cannot open P4G PC .SPR, i tried opening p4p_com01x2.spr located in data00000\battle\panel\btlpanel.bin and while i can open the vita version, i cannot open and edit the PC version. I can provide the files if needed.
