Items taking a while to load in #9

Ok so things like pepper bushes, enemy camps, hell even random rocks will just sometimes take a while to load in, to the point where I can't move Link for about 30 seconds, is this an issue with the randomizer or is my emulator just not optimized enough? I followed all the proper guides, so I guess it could also be my computer.

Does it happen without the mod?

Pretty sure as I've seen this happen to everyone who is streaming it as well. I still think it's my computer, but I'll be messing around with it over the next week or so, so I'll let you know if anything pops up.
