No longer works after latest steam update for GA servers, maybe all servers.

According to http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=2233936 this is 
some kind of problem at BigPond's end that people there seem to say they have 
fixed with router resets.

I explain at http://whrl.pl/RdT2PP how I can't see what is going on with GA, 
but if the fixes people discuss there don't work for you I can take a look at a 
packet capture taken with Wireshark - some extra instructions on this here at 
https://code.google.com/p/steam-limiter/wiki/WireShark

Since I'm completely blocked from accessing the GA servers myself I doubt I can 
tell much (or do much of anything about this if there's some configuration 
thing at their end) but that's what I need to be able to tell much about what's 
going on.

Looks like its working now, I simply thought because steam updated, that
steamlimiter broke clearly I was wrong. Obviously GA servers must have to
be updated manually or something.
