This API is free and open source. Would save development costs to use this under the hood instead of proprietary APIs provided by Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube etc.

  1. Yes this could be out single source of truth for each piece of music.
  2. I thought we wanted to direct user to an app (spotify, yt music, soundcloud) when they click on a track. (we will have to search on these platforms to be able to do this, no?
  3. do they have soundcloud music? (as it is niche in a way)
