As mentioned in number 2 from https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/Meta/issues/6, we should revamp the labs slack channel to be a place where a smaller subset of MeltanoLabs contributors can communicate.
Create a list of all members listed in the README as owner or contributor https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/Meta/issues/7, anyone who has contributed a tap/target, or regularly contributes.
Make sure all of the members in the above list are in the labs slack channel
Send out a message in the slack channel letting everyone know what our intentions are for that channel along with recent changes: refer people to this Meta repo, README updates, tap-github ovio co-ownership
