I sort of have a working tap for Stripe with the SDK here and would welcome any contributions or suggestions!

There is also a version from hotglue that uses the SDK, it has some logic to fetch the new records from the event stream that I added some time ago, if there is something missing let me know and I can add it, as I developed most of it. Not sure if it should be forked as hotglue sometimes make some changes that are specific to their use case. https://gitlab.com/hotglue/tap-stripe-v2
