Invalid debug logging from tap #82

The tap produces the following output (newlines added for readability), notice level=INFO and message=DEBUG which are weird.

time=2022-06-19 11:31:56 name=tap-gitlab level=INFO message=DEBUG: Found project arg.
    URL is https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/meltano%2Fsdk/merge_requests/{merge_request_iid}/notes
    after parsing input val 'meltano/sdk' to 'meltano%2Fsdk'.
