Adds the Following streams:

UserGroupStream
ProjectRoleActorStream
AuditingStream
DashboardStream
FilterSearchStream
FilterDefaultShareScopeStream
GroupsPickerStream
LicenseStream
ScreensStream
ScreenSchemesStream
StatusesSearchStream
WorkflowStream
WorkflowSearchStream

Adds API Token Auth type
Adds Pagination for all streams
Resolves Pytest errors
Removes redundant streams covered by IssueStream
Updates connector to work without several previously required config variables
