/var/log/datasift is not created by the packer script #40

...and so the gnip-reader and datasift-writer cannot write their logs

Note that both the 'reader' and 'writer' accounts need to be able to create files in that directory.

Am using https://github.com/datasift/datasift-connector/releases/tag/1.0.15-1

Installed from 1.0.19-1 and the problem is gone
