Publish the package in NuGet to add the dependency easily from a .NET project. #13

Hi, this would be a nice feature so I don't have to download the source of the library and add it as a dependency in my project. I can just add a nuget package dependency. Like gems for ruby on rails. I could do this myself and contribute the code back if you like.
