The Fletching superior skill cape is locked and cannot be purchased even if the skill is at 120( from previous game instances, days in the past). This behaviour is not permanent, so sometimes the skill cape is unlocked as it should be. My first impression is that this behaviour is somehow related to the previous screen you go to shop to( ex: if you go from one skill to shop you might find it unavailable for purchase, if you go from another it is locked). It is hard to repeat this behaviour because after a few clicking around it remains available for purchase.
In the current game session I was mining gems. At the moment of the prt screen was mining Onyx. Before noticing this behaviour I was upgrading my township( buying /selling buildings, selling from town to merchant several resources several times, and lvled up township from 117 to 118).
If I notice more about this I will update this ticket.

2) go to superior skill capes
3) try to buy fletching superior skill cape
4) locked even if fletching skill is 120.
Expected behaviour
to be always able to buy the superior skillcape after skill level is 120.
