[Bug]: Moving mouse over cartography window freezes browser for specific character #4368

Describe the bug

Upon moving to Ragnar Dungeon Ruins in Cartography on my Ancient Relics character, I had the browser freeze, and things continue to instantly freeze when interacting with the Cartography window on all following reloads. The problem only appears to affect a single character (save link included below), is happening in both Firefox & Chrome, and is unchanged by force refreshing or adjusting the cartography settings.

I had the Combat Simulator mod active at the time the freezing first occurred, but there is no change with it disabled.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Load the provided save file. Unequip the Enhanced Spyglass, if equipped.
  2. Open the cartography map and move from Ragnar Dungeon Ruins to any other location.
  3. Equip the Enhanced Spyglass and return to Ragnar Dungeon Ruins. Note that the cartography map still functions as normal.
  4. Reload the provided save file. Equip the Enhanced Spyglass, if not equipped.
  5. Open Cartography and move the mouse pointer over the map once loaded. Note that the game in the browser will instantly freeze and stop responding to interactions.

Expected behaviour

Interacting with the Cartography map would function as normal.

I do not know what changed, but the cartography map is functioning again when I returned to things today. Perhaps doing another activity overnight influenced things?

I don't know what exactly has caused the problem to occur, as the conditions are rather specific and are prevented if I open Cartography without the spyglass and then move anywhere.
