[Bug]: Rosaniya Card Missing Skill Icons #4732

Describe the bug

Rosaniya affects Cartography and Archaeology (such as to double items), but their icons are not listed on Rosaniya's card in the Astrology menu.

Reproduction Steps

N/A

Expected behaviour

Cartography and Archaeology icons should be listed (and any other skills affected by Rosaniya, maybe Harvesting idk haven't got there yet).

An alternate and possibly more versatile/future-proof solution may be to create a new icon that can represent the concept of a "global effect". There are already a few other areas in the game where it could benefit from such an icon.
