Bug reported be Asterica Resident. Debug setting ProfileNameSystem not having any effect on the Profile name floater. #249

i have reproduced this, and even after logging the profile names remains unchanged.

@Shep1962 @TorricRodas this debug setting is never used, that's right. How should that work with the "show names" option in "general" tab? shouldn't there be a "default" option value for all these settings. Default value will mean "as show names". but if you choose another value, it overrides the "show names " settings?

under ....NameSystem there are various debugs overriding the main in prefs, so you can mix and match the 3 different options in various places, like friends list, radar etc.

I believe that the debug relates to 'preferences>Adv-Chat>Chat-UI >profile' naming option.

It is my understanding that when changed, these naming options on this tab, should have priority over the 'preferences>general>Show Names'

Maybe the name dropdown combi-boxes in the 'preferences>Adv-Chat>Chat-UI' tab , includes a 'default' option, which then means the selected name in the 'general' tab has priority.

However this is in my opinion, a Low priority bug, maybe a feature is V3?
