I gave the wrong information on this. The Yield time lower, releases LESS process time to other applications when the viewer is in the background or mimized. A higher background yield releases MORE to other apps when the viewer is min.
You can see the result for yourself in debug as it doesn't require a restart
So although the default is still ok, we should let the user increase background yield up to about 200 ms. maybe include caveat that on slower computers too a yield can stall the viewer?
