V3 Ft Req: Explore possibility of supporting MP4 media #308

This is the guy who cannot watch his g/f's TV. I don't know what format it is, but assume the tv works on FS. He has asked many times, specifically for the tv his partner uses.

Mokeccino Resident (Genesis Test 431): mp4 is one. That's the only one I can think of.. youtube works at least. But no other streaming video sites or services seem to work. whatever, like, tubi tv uses. maybe that's mp4, I have no idea. but mp4 is definitely one
