Describe the bug
Right now, when you create a new view or update an existing view, the View Properties dialog goes away nearly instantly. The view is indeed saving in the background, however it appears to the user that nothing has happened, especially when using Smart Filters as those take a few seconds to save.
To Reproduce
Create a new view or update an existing one
Expected behavior
We should keep the view props dialog up longer and disable the screen while showing a spinner/loading icon like we do elsewhere until the save either works or fails, and then proceed.
