Checking fresh wallets for KYC source of funding #41

In order to qualify a wallet as KYC funded, we want to check the source of fresh funds against this list:

If a match is found - label as KYC funded.

@andrewnnn Find the function that checks for 'fresh wallets' and add the functionality to check the source of funds against the list of wallets above! (as in, did the Solana inflow of funds come from one of the above addresses or not, if yes label KYC and ideally size of purchase, - how much did they buy?)
