Streams with an empty AngelThump title show up as offline #223

tier1tv in chat found a bug today, if you have a blank AngelThump title the front page shows the stream as offline even when it isn't

Interesting find if it turns out to be reproducible!

if angelthump omits the title key from the api response it might fail the json schema validation in the scraper.
