Template Selection Tab #13

The tab on the bottom of meme/template creation mode where the user can select pre-existing templates to create memes. There's a button on the top right corner to expand this tab for users to browse for more templates.

Should this have sorting options? Filter options? Searching options?

I think it should have some sort of filtering system maybe similar to how the main browse page has tabs (Hot, New, Top). I think the problem would mostly lie in seeing top templates in subscribed or popular communities.

In material, there's an expansion panel. Maybe we can adapt that for the template viewer...
