Side bar appears by default on desktop, has over mode for screens less than 700px and side mode for above.
Adds Boilerplate Login and Signup Buttons

It seems that Angular's change detection cycle doesn't run on window resizes when there isn't a component or something complex within the content area. So... this PR may look a little funky until then unless I add a little something to fill in for now.
