Page to manage a community and change its attributes such as the sidebar text, description, nsfw status, etc...

I don't think we should enable changing the name of the community, since that would mess up all currently existing links to the page users may have bookmarked.

This page would also provide the interface for delegating moderators or transferring ownership of the community.

Did you mean not enable changing the name of a community? I thought Title is title and name determines the URL...

Lol, eventually I think we should change it... We're even getting confused between name and title...

I agree, what do you think is a better naming scheme? Reddit has the same scheme:

name
no spaces, e.g., "books" or "bookclub". avoid using solely trademarked names, e.g. use "FansOfAcme" instead of "Acme". once chosen, this name cannot be changed.

title
e.g., books: made from trees or pixels. recommendations, news, or thoughts

Hmm... Maybe custom url name or url tag or url name? Edit: shortcut?
