Fixes Minor Meme Card Styling Issues #29

Removes margin left on meme cards when mobile (is now centered)
Ensures the meme card is always scaled to the specified height even if it is smaller in terms of pixels

I'm not personally a big fan of stretching the aspect ratio to fix the height, but I suppose there's no alternative if we want to fix height and also impose a maximum width

@bandgeekdante There are a couple alternatives that we could implement if we have the time. I'll make an issue for it.
