작업 내용

[x] category, photo 서버 통신 함수 구현
[x] 서버 통신 함수에 대한 react-query hooks 구현
[x] api 명세 수정사항 반영
[x] GCS 업로드 함수 구현
[x] PreviewList 컴포넌트 동작 방식 변경, 스켈레톤 추가
[x] ✨ feat: search page 기능 구현 (이미지 업로드, 분류 조회)

기타 (논의하고 싶은 부분)

이미지 업로드나 분류 조회에서 api 요청을 너무 많이 한다. (이미지 업로드에 3번, 분류 조회에서 분류 갯수별로 하나씩) 추후에 동작 방식에 대한 재논의가 필요할 듯
