bar charts:
- login
- registration

implementation suggestion:

lazy load chartjs (LazyComponentname, if clientonly: LazyClientComponentname)
vertical bar chart
only import needed charts akin like this: import { Chart, LineController, LineElement, LinearScale, CategoryScale, PointElement, } from "chart.js"; Chart.register( LineController, LineElement, LinearScale, CategoryScale, PointElement );

questionviews should also be counted on the learningtab if loaded in the answerbody (ignore the questionlist)
update count in answerquestiondetails: (maybe in a new issue)
