Current Behavior

Tooltips in structure selecting menu does not pop at the same height.

Expected Behavior

Tooltips in structure selecting menu should pop at the same height.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open structure selecting menu
  2. Hover mouse over several structures, chances are popups are not at the same height
