cache the directory tree for quicker access #58

I have many nested directories with many subdiretories and many files ...

The browser frequently stops for quite a long time on a directory while the
mouse is pointing quickly to another one.
Is it possible to cache somewhere the full tree to have a quicker access.

What version of the product are you using?
0.5.9
On what operating system?
ubuntu intrepid

Hey,

Caching would add a whole lot of work for little gain. I think the problem
you're
describing would be better addressed by making the IO asynchronous, which I am
(slowly) working on.
